2. ENTRY PERIOD: Starts Sunday, March 17, 2013; entrant may enter their picks until fifteen (15) minutes before the first game of the first full round (i.e., the round of 64 teams) tournament. The contest will be open for picking after the tournament bracket announcement telecast on national television the Sunday prior to the first games. All picks must be entered before the published cutoff time on the pick pages. You will not be required to pick the winners of the “First Four” play-in games on March 19 & 20, 2013.
